Sweet potato fries with mayo and pesto
A perfect snack or lunch that os super filling!
- 1 Sweet potato
- 3 tbs Olive oil
- 1 tbs Balsamico
- 1 tbs Salt
- 1/2 tbs Pepper
- Plastic bag
- Peel and cut the sweet potato in sticks and put in a plastic bag with the olive oil, balsamico, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- Put the sticks on parchment paper with space between each stick to cook it properly. Cover with a little more salt and olive oil.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Use whatever dips you wish, but mayo and pesto is a great combination!
