Raspberry & applesauce smoothie
- 3 tbs Applesauce
- 1 cup Frozen raspberry
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Banana
- 1/3 cup Applesauce
- Hemp seeds and freezedried raspberry to top
- Mix all the ingredients except for the 3 tbs applesauce.
- Lauer the smoothie and applesauce and enjoy!
- Top with whatever you like.
