Gut healing green smoothie
Pineapple contains enzymes that are extremely good for digestion and gut health generally. Mixed with banana and spinach, this is a true feelgood snack or breakfast!
- 1 Organic banana
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/3 Fresh pineapple
- Handfull Spinach
- Mix together well (pineapple takes longer to "smoothe")
- Pour into recycled jars and enjoy as a yummy tummy breakfast or lunch! (Tummy being the key word)
