Chia and smoothie breakfast
When you have little time to make breakfast, believe it or not, this is the way to go. Make the chia pudding the night before, mix a smoothie together and enjoy!
- 2 tbs Chia seeds
- 1 cup Coconutmilk
- 1/2 ts Vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup Water or cocnutmilk
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 2 cups Frozen mango
- 1-2 cubes Frozen spinach
- 1 tbs Hemp seeds
- 4-5 pieces Freeze dried strawberries
- 1 tbs Shredded coconut
- Mix the ingredients for the chiapudding in the evening before.
- Next morning, mix together the smoothie ingredients.
- Pour over the chiapudding and top with the toppings
- Enjly a quick but delicious breakfast on the go!
