Vegetable Egg Cupcakes
Start your day with these lovely egg cupcakes!
- 10 g tomatoes
- 10 g onions
- 6 eggs
- 2 babybel-cheese or mozzarella
- spices of your choice
- Preheat oven: 180°C.
- Cut onions and tomatoes, mix with all eggs and season the mixture.
- Fill the egg mixture in silicon cupcake liners (don`t use paper liners) and put cheese on the top.
- Bake for 15min and enjoy!
