- 200 g curd or greek yoghurt
- 15 g protein powder of your choice
- 20 g vanilla custard powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut-flour
- a handful frozen berries
- Mix berries into puree and stir with the remaining ingredients.
- Microwave for 2-3min (depending on your microwave`s intensity). That`s it!
