Makes 8-12 pieces of that delicious cheesecake! Yum!
- 500 g curd or greek yoghurt
- 40 g vanilla protein powder
- 100 g pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp gingerbread spices
- 200 g cream cheese
- a pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Firstly, mix all ingredients until smooth (give it a good sweet, because baking will take a bit of sweetness).
- Now, pour the dough into a cake mold and bake for 30min at 175°C.
- Then cover the mold with aluminium foil and bake for another 50min. That`s it!
