Puff Pastry Hearts
Makes 16-30 hearts.
- 1 pack puff pastry
- 15-30 frozen raspberries
- 50 g chocolate or chocolate spread
- Roll out puff pastry, cut out hearts with a heart shaped cookie cutter and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add little chocolate pieces to the center of the hearts (or spread chocolate spread) and place one raspberry in my heart on top.
- Bake at 200 ° C for 8-10min until puff pastry has turned into a light brown.
