Protein Peanutbutter Cups

Mix everything (except the peanut butter) until it’s a thick consistency.
Add 1 tbsp of dough to each silicon molds and freeze for 20-30min.
Take out and add 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the center of the cups.
Cover the peanut butter with a second layer of dough.
Freeze for another 30min.
Take out, release from the mold, done!
