Olive Bread or Olive role
Who olives now and not only in toiletries want , but also the taste of olives like , should definitely try my own thought up / kreiertes ( or whatever one may call it ) olive bread and olives role ! - 100 g olives
- 1 Pck . Dry yeast
- 150 ml warm water
- 1 pinch Xucker
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basil Tomato Spread
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning + a pinch for sprinkling
- First, the dry yeast in lukewarm water and dissolve a pinch Stir sugar.
- Then flour, olive oil and salt , the yeast mixture and cook knead into a dough ( for the best result min. 5min knead )
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise as long as the dough until the dough volume has doubled (min . 45min - 1h , can best rest overnight )
- Cut the olives into small cubes and mix with the pizza spice .
- Knead the dough again and on a floured surface to a rectangle roll ( 30 cm x 40 cm ) .
- This coat with the spread and distribute the olive mixture on top .
- Then roll the dough from the long side and set with the seam down on a covered with baking paper .
