Marinade for poultry

Ingredients:
- 100 ml passed tomatoes
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp powdered pepper
- 1 tsp chilli
- 100 g dijon mustard
- 1 lemon
- 10 ml soy sauce
- a small sprig rosemary
Instructions:
- Stir the ingredients for the marinade, fill into a freezer bag and add the poultry filets.
- Close tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight) so hat the marinade can soak in.
- Afterwards, transfer the poultry filets into a oven-proof mold and bake for 30-40min at 180°C.
- Tip: Sprinkle some cheese over the filets before baking, so that they`ll be scalloped 😀
