Low Carb Dumblings with Tangerines
- 100 g curd or greek yoghurt
- 30 g chocolate casein or protein powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 20 g coconut flour
- 50 g tangerines
- sugarfree hazelnut cream
- Mix all ingredients (except tangerines and hazelnut cream) and form balls with your hands.
- Put in a piece of tangerine and cook in hot (not boiling!) water.
- Let cook for 5min and garnish with hazelnut cream, that`s it!
