There is today a classic among Christmas baking: gingerbread!
The secret trick with this recipe is, as the name suggests, the shaking. This makes the gingerbread really fluffy and tastes above all warm simply indescribable good! So best to imitate, a mulled wine to and from the fireplace ♥

Cooking Stages

    • Firstly, add all dry ingredients to a big lockable bowl, close with the related lid and shake properly

    • Then, mix the wet ingredients and mix all ingredients until smooth

    • Afterwards, spread batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approx. 20min at 200°C

    • Finally, cut into squares, rectangles or triangles. Enjoy!
