Perfect for breakfast or dessert!
- 70 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp locust bean gum
- 30 g chocolate protein powder
- milk or water until your desired consistency
- Firstly, whisk eggs.
- Add flour, protein powder and some water (or milk).
- Mix well and possibly stir in more water (or milk).
- Heat a non-stick pan and rub well with some fat (I prefer coconut oil).
- Fry pancakes until golden brown both sides are.
- Garnish with fruit, syrup or other things.
