Perfect for breakfast or dessert!
Firstly, whisk eggs.
Add flour, protein powder and some water (or milk).
Mix well and possibly stir in more water (or milk).
Heat a non-stick pan and rub well with some fat (I prefer coconut oil).
Fry pancakes until golden brown both sides are.
Garnish with fruit, syrup or other things.
