Delicious and fairly easy to make! Try it yourself!
- 200 g curd
- 1 egg
- 35 g semolina
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 80 g frozen berries
- Mix all ingredients (except the berries) and pour into a cake mold (i recommend silicon, otherwise spray some fat or line it with parchment paper).
- Bake for 30min at 180°C until it`s golden brown.
- Mix the berries into puree and garnish as a sauce. That`s it!
