Cooking Stages

    • In a food processor, combine all of the crust ingredients and process until they come together into a ball. The mixture should be pliable. Press the mixture into each ramekin and set in the fridge.

    • In a high powdered blender, combine the cashews, shredded pumpkin, date syrup, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Blend until completely smooth. Add the coconut oil and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
