Dandelion Detox Smoothie
This detoxing and invigorating smoothie includes one of natures best diuretic, dandelion root. This smoothie is so simple to make, and extremely tasty!
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 watermelon
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 2 cups brewed and chilled dandelion tea
- 5 cubes of ice
- Brew 2 cups of dandelion tea, (use two bags), then let the tea cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, cut up the watermelon into cubes, break up the fresh mint in to smaller pieces, and mix in a blender with the berries and ice. Once those ingredients are blended, add the 2 cups of dandelion tea and mix well.
