Now on to the recipe! I decided to make their Broccoli Avo Crunch Salad, here it is!

Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped (I used a red pepper instead)
- 1 stalk of celery, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (I used nutritional yeast instead)
Instructions:
- Peel the avocado and mash until creamy.
- Stir in sea salt, lemon juice, and garlic until combined, and set aside.
- Mix together all of the ingredients except the sunflower seeds in a large serving bowl.
- Pour the dressing over top and give the salad a good stir to coat the veggies in dressing.
- Top with sunflower seeds and serve.
