Tropical Chocolate Cake

Paleo, dairy free, gluten free, added sugar free. Delicious oatcake base with avocado-seaweed-chocolate mousse.

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Peanut Butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup Pecan nuts
- 2 medium Avocado
- 1 ml Vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp Sugar free chocolate sauce
- 3 tbsp Unsweeteened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Seaweed flakes
Instructions:
- Mix the oatcake ingredients, lie on baking paper and bake in the oven for 20 mins on 170 C
- Blend the mousse ingredients in a blender
- After baking cool the cake base then top with the chocolate mousse
- Top the cake with extra fruit mix
- Enjoy :)
