You can serve them with butter and brown sugar.
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp arctic berries blueberry powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp brown rice syrup
- Add all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan and pour a little of the batter in once the pan is hot. Repeat this for as many of the pancakes that will fit into the pan.
- Once they start to bubble, flip and cook on the other side.
