Cooking Stages

    • Soak the chia seeds and the date in 2 tablespoons of water for a few minutes. In a high speed blender process avocado, banana, strawberries, greens, chia, date and almond milk until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with mixed berries, sunflower seeds and coconut.
