Green Smoothie Bowl
A deliciously healthy way to start the day! Packed with superfoods that will fill you up but not fill you out. Enjoy!
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1/3 Medium Banana
- 3 Fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup leafy greens (EG spinach)
- 1/3 cup Parsley Leaves
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Pitted Date (chopped)
- 2 tsp toasted sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp toasted shredded coconut
- 3 ice cubes
- Soak the chia seeds and the date in 2 tablespoons of water for a few minutes. In a high speed blender process avocado, banana, strawberries, greens, chia, date and almond milk until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with mixed berries, sunflower seeds and coconut.
