And today I served amazing stack of 23 pancakes. They are easy to make and super yummy.

Ingredients:
- 200 g GF Millet flower
- 5 tbsp coconut sugar
- pinch salt
- pinch vanilla
- 3 vegan eggs
- 200 ml almond milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- cup organic blueberries
- cup vanilla COYO
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a big bowl combine all ingredients for pancakes. Use had mixer to combine them, until smooth.
- Heat up frying pan with coconut oil and fry your pancakes until brown.
- To make maca- blubbery sauce, mix all ingredients in your high speed blender and mix until all combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
