A pinch of this, a pinch of that... I know. But it is exactly that extra spicy twist which adds the flavour. Also the goat yoghurt's distinct taste adds spiciness to the dish. The combination of goat's yoghurt, spices and crispy goji berries makes this Chia Jars stand out of the crowd.

Cooking Stages

    • In the evening mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes and stir again. This is to avoid the seeds clumping up.

    • Leave in the fridge overnight or at least for an hour (then you can do it some hours prior to eating, of course). I

    • In the morning divide between two jars, top with fresh fruit, go for a walk and enjoy outside before winter comes. Alternatively enjoy home in two bowls.
