Pecan Nut Butter
This recipe make 1 jar of the ultimate nut butter! You will never buy one from the store after trying this easy, much cheaper and natural, fresh butter.
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Roast the nuts for 10-12 minutes in the oven under 160°C. Let cool a little bit.
- Transfer to a for processor or a high-speed blender (like Vitamix) with the remaining ingredients and process until completely smooth. If you can't reach the desired consistency add a bit of coconut oil.
