Hemp milk of all has the highest protein levels. This magical seed is full of Omega-3,6 & 9, the protein contains a wide spectrum of the amino acids, which our body cannot produce, it is a perfect source for plant-based Iron and Magnesium.
- 1/2 cup shelled hemp seed
- pinch salt
- 1-2 dates
- 2 1/2 cups filtered/spring water
- Blend everything together in a high-speed blender. If your blender is not strong enough, than you might want to strain the milk through cheesecloth/muslin/nutmilk bag.
- Then return strained milk to the blender and blend again with dates. Keep in airtight bottle for 2-3days.
