- 2 tbsp local honey
- small chunk honeycomb
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Mix all the ingredients together gently breaking down the honeycomb.
- Let stand for 10 minutes to allow ginger to soften and release its juice.
- Stir again and eat.
