Weight loss Green Soup
This green detox soup soup is high in iron, calcium, potassium, vitamin K, folic acid, beta-carotene and other powerful phytonutrients. This soup contains nutrients that may help reduce some types of cancer such as the incidence of breast, colon and lung cancer. Green vegetables can also help with fluid retention and may reduce blood pressure.
- 50 g celery
- 50 g leek
- 50 g carrot
- 50 g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Vegetable stock
- bunch of parsley
- 2 cup kale
- half courgette/zucchini
- 500 ml water
- Cut your vegetables roughly same size.
- Sweat your vegetables ( carrot, leek, celery, zucchini onion and garlic) for 5 min.
- Add your parsley and kale.
- Add your water and vegetable stock.
- Cook for 10-15 min on medium heat.
- Blend everything and serve. Enjoy!
