This green detox soup soup is high in iron, calcium, potassium, vitamin K, folic acid, beta-carotene and other powerful phytonutrients. Green vegetables can also help with fluid retention and may reduce blood pressure.

    • Cut your vegetables roughly same size.

    • Sweat your vegetables ( carrot, leek, celery, zucchini onion and garlic) for 5 min.

    • Add your parsley and kale.

    • Add your water and vegetable stock.

    • Cook for 10-15 min on medium heat.
