Spinach and Strawberry Smoothie

This is a beautiful spinach and strawberry smoothie. A detox smoothie for an after workout snack or as breakfast before rushing out the door. Each serving is packed with an incredible full cup of this nutritional powerhouse, the sweetness of fresh strawberries and banana is front and centre in this deliciously drinkable treat. I know, it’s probably not the most appetising looking smoothie. I really tried to make it look as appealing as I could. However, don’t let the colour of it deter you from making this amazing, refreshing, and healthy smoothie. When I took a sip I was so surprised that it was perfectly sweet and delicious and I couldn’t detect any flavour of spinach in it at all!
Add 1 cup / 250 ml of water into your blender.
Add your banana, strawberries, ginger, cinnamon, dates and spinach and blend.
Serve cold with some chia seeds sprinkled on top.
