How to make spider cupcakes and marshmallow eyeballs at home. Perfect Halloween Treats for your Halloween Party. These are a huge hit with kids. Turn innocent cupcakes into scary black spiders with black-tinted frosting, black string licorice and other assorted candies. Spider Cupcakes are creepy—and easy! Make a chocolate cupcake into a spider, licorice legs and mini M&M eyes. Add chocolate sprinkles for a "hairy" effect. These easy spider cupcakes are a must this Halloween, and such a fun way to get the kids in the kitchen!

You can use any other chocolate cupcake recipe. To make these you will need to mix butter, flour, baking soda and cocoa together until you get sandy consistency. Then we add milk and egg and mix well. Mixture is ready. Pour it into 6 cupcake holders. Bake these for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
To make the icing, we mix butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder. Then add the milk slowly and mix. The icing should be quite thick, if you want it less thick, just add more milk.
Place the icing on each cupcake. Sprinkle the cupcake with chocolate sprinkles. Add marshmallow eyes and eyeballs from chocolate chips. place 8 legs ( 4 on each side into the cupcake)
- To make scary Marshmallow eyeballs:
Cut marshmallows into half. You need to melt the chocolate with butter in different bowls.
Place each marshmallow on a skewer, dip 5 of the marshmallows into white chocolate. Place the marshmallows on a tray to dry out. Place red smarties in the middle of the marshmallow, draw veins with red food coloring and put them into the fridge
Dip the other 5 into milk chocolate, then add white chocolate circle in the middle ( 1tsp) and then add red smartie. Do the rest and place them in the fridge to cool down.
