Green bean and prawn salad is a tasty dish you can serve warm in winter and cold in summer. It's suitable for seafood lovers and children. You can make it with fresh or frozen prawns and prepare some hours ahead.
Add 1 cup/250 ml of water into your pan and saute your green bean for 5-10 min.
Chop your pepper into small bite size pieces.
In a new pan, place some olive oil or cooking spray and add your garlic, then add your prawns and almonds. Cook for 3-5 min.
In a large bowl combine everything together, squeeze 1/3 of the lemon, season well and serve.
