Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
My delicious & healthy blueberry spinach smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. It is packed with antioxidants, and essential vitamins, this smoothie is a great way to help you power through the day.
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup ( almond milk ) can use water or any other milk
- 4 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 dates
- 1 medium banana
- lace your milk into a blender, add your blueberries, strawberries and ginger.
- Blend everything and add the rest of the ingredients.
