    • Crush your biscuits in a food processor or by using a plastic bag and rolling pin..

    • In a bowl ,add cold cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix everything together until soft peaks.

    • Take half of your blueberries ( you can also use frozen ones) add into a pan with few tbsp of sugar and simmer over low heat until they become soft and jam like about 5-7 min.

    • It is time to layer the dessert, add biscuits, then cream cheese mixture, fresh blueberries and blueberry jam. Repeat this process until its done.
