Mixed Berry Smoothie is a quick and delicious smoothie to satisfy that sweet tooth in a healthy way! Berries are sweet, but also contain a boost of disease-fighting antioxidants, fiber and vitamins.You can add extra goodness like spinach, kale, or chia or flax seed to add fiber, protein and healthy omega fats. I make it a goal to get at least three servings of fruits and vegetable in each smoothie I make.
- 1 frozen /fresh banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup mixedfrozen/fresh berries
- Chia seeds
- 1 cup milk/water ( whatever you like)
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
