Beet Salad Recipe with Garlic
This is one of my favourite Russian salads. The combination of sweet beets, mayonnaise and garlic, works so well. You can serve it as a salad or if you grate the beets finer, and serve it on bread as bruschetta.
- 4-5 Beetroots
- 3-5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic
- fresh parsley
- Boil your beetroot for 45-60 min ( you can do this the night before)
- Grate your beetroot by hand or food processor, squeeze some fresh garlic and add mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Serve straight away and enjoy!
