Cooking Stages

    • Pour a bit of water over the poppy seeds and soak them overnight

    • In the morning, add the rest of the water and blend it

    • To make the milk really smooth, strain the milk through clean cloth or fine strainer.

    • Soak the dates for a while to soften them. Remove the water, dry the dates and blend them with the milk and banana.

    • Top with kiwi, seeds, chocolate and granola :)
