Poppy Seeds Smoothie Bowl
A smoothie bowl recipe that is packed full of nourishing properties.
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds
- 1 banana
- 3-4 dates
- 1/2 cup poppy milk
- 1 kiwi
- almond meal
- chia seeds
- Pour a bit of water over the poppy seeds and soak them overnight
- In the morning, add the rest of the water and blend it
- To make the milk really smooth, strain the milk through clean cloth or fine strainer.
- Soak the dates for a while to soften them. Remove the water, dry the dates and blend them with the milk and banana.
- Top with kiwi, seeds, chocolate and granola :)
