Poppy Seeds Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl recipe that is packed full of nourishing properties.
- Poppy milk
- Smoothie bowl
Pour a bit of water over the poppy seeds and soak them overnight
In the morning, add the rest of the water and blend it
To make the milk really smooth, strain the milk through clean cloth or fine strainer.
Soak the dates for a while to soften them. Remove the water, dry the dates and blend them with the milk and banana.
Top with kiwi, seeds, chocolate and granola :)
