I am not a believer in fad diets. Everything we eat should be enjoyed and give our body something that’s going to provide it with the fuel needed to function and maintain a healthy glow.

The golden rules are to ensure you get your Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins, Lipids and Carbohydrates from your diet. This is not about embarking upon a fad diet or any sort of restriction but regaining balance and the correct portion control.

If you have eggs in the morning you won't be having them again at Lunch or Dinner, Snacks are optional and I'd always advise thinking about the day ahead and what fuel you will need. If you are active go for a combined carb/protein snack, if you are not then stick with protein only.

The following Diet Plan gives you an idea of how many options are out there, you can switch and mix them up at your leisure. Try the Lunch options for Dinner and vice-versa, whilst being mindful of what your body needs that day and what it has already had.

Macronutrients are the nutrients the human body needs the most of, so Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats. All three are made up of different compounds that get used by the body for different things. Carbohydrates have essential sugars. Protein has essential amino acids. Fat has essential fatty acids.

I have thrown in two cheeky dessert options and although they are made from healthy and natural ingredients, dessert is STILL an indulgence so always have this in mind, moderation is key in all things in life :-)

  2. Go to My Planner, and Drag & Drop the Meal Plan from your Cookbook to the day when you wish to start following the plan
  3. Log in every day to see recipes, instructions and ingredients that you need.

You can find a wide selection of different meal plans on our platform. The duration varies from 1 day up to a month. To find out the duration of the meal plan, refer to the number in a calendar icon next to each meal plan or see duration field in the Meal Plan description above.

You cannot change the existing plan, although you can certainly add new recipes and schedule more dished in your Planner.

If you choose the suitable Meal Plan and follow it through as advised you are most likely to achieve your health goals. However, we cannot guarantee specific results as they also depend on factors outside of the eating habit.

Q: Can I get a refund?
