Vegan Creamy Chocolate Mousse
Who doesn’t love a good chocolate mousse? So creamy, indulgent & delicious. No matter what you want to serve it with, chocolate mousse is a favorite, always!! This one is not only really healthy for your body, it’s super delicious and creamy too! And all of this is possible because of its main ingredient, our green best friend: the Avocado! So let’s get straight to the recipe, shall we?
- 2 avocados
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbsp coconut nectar
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla
- 4 squares of dark vegan chocolate
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- pinch himalayan pink salt
- Simply put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour it into jars (or bowls, or glasses, etc), top it with whatever you fancy & enjoy!
